TOGETHER FOR INVESTMENTS IN PUBLIC LIGHTING

Sinloc provided consulting in the field of energy efficiency improvement of public lighting for the FIEE (Italian fund for energy efficiency improvement) asset management company.

Thus, it performed due diligence to evaluate investments in the public lighting sector, which would allow the asset management company to manage and maintain over 600 thousand lighting points with a total investment of € 140 million.

Sinloc’s work was aimed at evaluating, from a technical, economic and financial point of view, participation in various investment transactions in the public lighting sector, by acquiring the business unit of two companies that held management and maintenance contracts for public lighting systems.

Sinloc’s due diligence contributed to an effective representation of the initiative to the decision-making bodies of the Fund, supporting its decisions. At present, one of the two projects has reached the closing stage of the Fund.
