  • ANTONIO RIGON
    CEO & Managing Director

    Antonio_Rigon_bb

    Expert in risk and uncertainty analysis in the world of financial and industrial investments with over 30 years of professional experience in business management, in evaluating and structuring investments, in asset management and in financial markets.

    Economist, manager and Prometeia partner from 1987 to 2006. From 1996 to 2005, he was Head of the Financial Intermediaries Division in Prometeia SpA.

    He experienced the role of director in various financial services companies, such as asset management, private equity and public investment vehicles. He was also director of special purpose vehicles owned by Sinloc.

    From 2012 to 2020 he was an independent director of the University of Padua.

    He experienced lecturing in financial economic field at the University of Padua, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Bologna Business School, CUOA Foundation and ISTAO.

    Education: after graduating with honors in Economics from the University of Modena, the Bank of Italy conferred on him Bonaldo Stringher Scholarship in 1986. Thanks to this, he obtained a Master in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, in 1987.

  • ANDREA MARTINEZ
    Deputy Managing Director and Head of Advisory Team

    Andrea_Martinez

    Expert in evaluation, structuring and management of infrastructure investments and urban transformation initiatives in public private partnership and project financing contexts. In addition to this, he benefits from managerial and origination competences gained over 27 years of professional experience.

    Since 2016, he has been Sinloc SpA Deputy General Manager, after having been in charge of the Advisory and Investment Business Units since 2009.

    Between 2006 and 2008 he was General Manager of Espada SAU and previously he was Prometeia SpA Senior Manager. In 2000, he became founding member of InterValueNet SpA – a private equity, business incubation, and advisory investee.

    He is directory board member of Labogest Srl. He was director of Sister Srl (2010-2014) and of Progetto Isom (2013-2018). He has been a member of the Management Committee for the Green Building Council Italia. He is coordinator of the European projects NESOI and HESTIA.

    He gives lectures on the subject of infrastructure investments and energy transition financing at conferences, seminars, and courses in Italy and abroad.

    Education: Graduated in management engineering at Oxford Brookes University (BSc Hons Building First Class Honors), and previously received National Diploma in Business and Finance from the Oxford College of Further Education (Distinction).

  • GIAN LUIGI FIORINI
    CFO & Portfolio Manager

    Gian Luigi Fiorini

    Expert in planning and control, M&A, company restructuring, real estate and industrial asset and risk management, with over 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies in manufacturing, services, and teleco Infrastructure.

    He is currently Head of Administration, Planning and Control, Finance and Asset Management (CFO) at Sinloc, where he deals with administration and monitoring of Sinloc’s portfolio companies.

    He developed an important and articulated experience with Siemens Group. From 2008 to 2012, he was Head of Finance and Control for various business units and Head of Business Development for Nokia Siemens Networks SpA Southern Europe region.

    He is Board of Directors member of several companies owned by Sinloc, as Euganea Sanità SpA and Sinloc Transizione Energetica Srl. He is  Chairman of CibuSalus Srl.

    Education: Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna.

  • ENZO PIETROPAOLI
    Head of Transition Energy Fund management

    ENZO PIETROPAOLI

    Expert in investments evaluation, structuring and execution, in investment portfolios monitoring and management, M&A, business valuation, and business planning, with over 20 years of professional experience.

    In Sinloc since 2017, he is Head of the Investiment Team. From 2015 to March 2017, he was Head of the SME Development Fund managed by Friulia Veneto Sviluppo SGR SpA, from 2008 to 2015 has held roles of increasing responsibility within the regional holding company Veneto Sviluppo SpA. From 2013 to 2017, he covered directory role in some Veneto Sviluppo investee companies. These investees had been assumed by Risk Capital Fund. From 2014 to 2016, he was director of the Consultative Committee of Finest special autonomous section in Veneto. Even this role was on behalf of Veneto Sviluppo. He is President of Mercato Solare SpA and Board of Directors member of Progetto Isom.

    He gave financial lectures at important professional training schools.

    Education: Bachelors of Art with Honors (BA) in International Business, with International Finance specialization at European School of Economics (Nottingham Trent University).

  • MARINA MAZZANTI
    Head of Human Resources Management and Development

    Expert in human resources management, in particular as regards selection activity, performance evaluation, incentives planning, training project definition and implementation.

    With Sinloc since 2016, she is Head of Human Resource Management and Development. She coordinated and conducted research on territorial growth potentialities, and on enterprise innovation. This concerns, particularly, organizational aspects at Cofimp (now Fondazione Aldini Valeriani), a managerial training society owned by Unindustria Bologna (2009-2012), as well as developing and managing new training products.

    From 2001 to 2006 she was Director of the Master in Business Administration, Profingest Management Schoola and from 2006 to 2009 she was Program Manager of Profingest MBA at Bologna Business School, conducting candidate selection, group-class and developing relationships with societies for placement.

    She started her professional activity at publishing company Il Mulino, dealing with major economics and finance publications (books and journals), collaborating with leading Italian and foreign authors.

    Education: Graduated with honors in Economics at the University of Bologna. Fondamenta and Intermedio Coaching at European Coaching School (EEC). Master in Digital HR at Talent Garden.

  • MARA BERNARDINI
    Emilia-Romagna and Adriatic ridge Area Manager

    MARA BERNARDINI

    Expert in economic and human resources management, she enriched these competences with evaluation experience deriving from chair in evaluation centers and simplification processes in more than 30 years of professional activities.

    She collaborates with Sinloc since 2013 and currently she is Emilia-Romagna and Adriatic ridge Area Manager.

    From 1999 to 2010, she was General Director of Modena municipality. Previously, she was General Director of Atcm Trasporti Consortium and Administrative Director of Rimini Healthcare Agency. She was healthcare sector Head of Section in Emilia-Romagna Region.

    She is Chairwoman of SGR Biomethane Srl. She was in Management Board of Emilia Romagna Popular Bank and Hera SpA as well as Chairwoman of Heracomm and of Enzo Ferrari Birthplace Foundation, and member of Management Board of several companies in the renewable and facility management sector.

    Education: Graduated with honors in law at the University of Modena.

COMMERCIAL NETWORK

  • SALVATORE CASSATA
    Area manager Tuscany

    Expert in corporate finance, economic data analysis, identification of financial needs and crisis management.

    He has been working with Sinloc since 2023 as Area Manager for Tuscany.

    From 2006 to 2017 he directed several Banco BPM Business Areas in Tuscany and Umbria.

    He is Boards of Directors member in several companies, operating in the industrial and health sector.

    Education: Diploma of Accountant and commercial expert. Member of the Financial Consultants Order.

  • NOEMI GALLO
    Area manager North-West and Senior Expert

    Expert in social housing, urban transformation and feasibility plans with over 25 years of experience in managing complex projects, gained by holding technical and government roles.

    She has been Senior Expert for Sinloc since 2021 and currently she is area manager for the North West.

    She works especially on the development of innovative financial schemes for the public interventions’ implementation, aimed at enhancing the supply of social housing and urban transformation.

    She takes part in the board operation of the Union for the Mediterranean in the Transport and Urban Development division, where she represented the MIMS for two years.

    She was the first woman elected to the Board of Directors of the European Federation of Social Housing, Housing Europe, working with the Multilateral Financial Institutions on investment schemes.

    Education: Graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Turin. Executive Master in Public Administration Management at SDA Bocconi.

  • GIUSEPPE MISTRETTA
    Area manager Sicily

    Expert in business management and especially in financial and transport analysis.

    He has been working with Sinloc since 2015 as consultant on energy efficiency issues. Since 2022 he is area manager for Sicily.

    He is currently consultant for a British handling company operating in the most important European airports.

    He was Chairman for over 15 years in a local bank with operational duties, and gained experience in the insurance and leasing industry. He has over 20 years of professional experience in transport sector, having held top positions in Sicilian airports and completed extraordinary operations.

    Over the years he was lecturer at Universities and business training schools.

    Education: Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce. PhD in Business Administration.

  • ROBERTO SABA
    Area manager Sardinia

    Expert in European, national and regional economic and financial regulations and programming, with particular regard to the industrial sector, gained by holding the position of project manager for projects financed within the framework of structural funds and national and regional aid funds/regimes.

    He collaborates with Sinloc since 2023 and currently he is Sardinia Area Manager.

    Ha has more than 18 years of managerial experience gained first at the top management level of Confindustria Sardegna and later as Director General of the Department of Industry of the Region of Sardinia.

    In these roles, he was responsible for the coordination of the main initiatives and projects financed with European and national resources on a regional and interregional basis, particularly in the field of technological innovation, energy and green economy, and infrastructure for productive establishment.

    In recent years, he has strengthened his experience in the development of investment projects from European and regional resources, and in the issues of green transition, sustainability and local development.

    Education: Graduated in Economics and Business at LUISS University in Rome.

  • ANTONELLA SCOTESE
    Area manager Rome, Lazio and Umbria

    Expert in the creation, development and evaluation of financial instruments and testing of social innovation tools (Social Impact Investing).

    Founding partner and director of AS&P Advisor, an investee company of Sinloc since September 2022, she has worked with Sinloc since 2022.

    For more than 10 years she was the executive responsible for Italy for a team specialized in the search, acquisition and management of additional public funds, public-private relations and fundraising for public and private entities. She supported numerous public administrations in programming monitoring and evaluation of development policies.

    Lecturer in Europlanning, impact finance and Structural Funds for Sole24ore and numerous public bodies.

    Education: Degree in Economics of Public Administrations and International Institutions from the Luigi Bocconi University, in Milan.
