The initiative, structured as a 50\/50 co-investment between the two funds managed by Sinloc Group\u2019s SGR, further strengthens the Group\u2019s commitment to developing infrastructure that supports the energy transition.<\/em><\/h4>\n

Sinloc Investimenti SGR<\/a> has completed the acquisition of a 49% equity stake<\/strong> in Solis S.r.l., together with the related shareholder loan, from Repower Renewable S.p.A., the Repower Group<\/a> company responsible for the development and management of renewable power generation assets and the development of new renewable energy projects in Italy.<\/p>\n

Solis S.r.l. is the project company owning a portfolio of 13 fully operational photovoltaic plants<\/strong>, with a total installed capacity of 22.8 MWp<\/strong>, located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia<\/strong>, Veneto <\/strong>and Puglia<\/strong>. Specifically, the portfolio includes 5.7 MWp in the Province of Udine, 7.4 MWp in the Province of Rovigo and 9.7 MWp in the Province of Brindisi. <\/p>\n

With the acquisition of the stake in Solis, Sinloc Investimenti SGR brings the total renewable energy generation capacity under management to over 44 MWp<\/strong>, further strengthening its growth trajectory in the renewable energy sector and partnering with a leading market operator such as Repower Renewable.<\/p>\n

The operation <\/a>qualifies as a sustainable investment consistent with the strategy of the alternative investment funds (AIFs) managed by Sinloc Investimenti SGR, the Infrastructure & Transition Energy Fund<\/strong> and the Sinloc Transition Energy Fund<\/strong>, both classified as Article 9 funds under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The investment is expected to generate a positive environmental impact, with an estimated annual reduction of 12,048 tonnes of CO\u2082 and savings of non-renewable primary energy of 6,813 tonnes of oil equivalent (toe), corresponding to the average annual energy consumption of more than 4,000 households.<\/p>\n
