Feasibility study for the development of a student residence in the area south of the Agripolis campus in Legnaro (PD), commissioned by Primavera S.r.l., aimed at enhancing the property value of the area. The work included an analysis of the local university and property markets, the identification of alternative functional options, the drafting of a preliminary business plan, and the valuation of the site under various development scenarios, including private residential development. The project also involved scouting and engaging with potential investors and operators to gauge market interest and assess the viability of the scheme.
