In 2025, Sinloc was admitted to the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition of the European Commission and takes part in the work of the ABI Lab High Level Forum. These are two key institutional forums that enable us to contribute to the development of tools and policies aimed at promoting investments in energy efficiency.

At the end of 2025, Sinloc was admitted to the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition, an initiative of the European Commission that brings together Member States, financial institutions and stakeholders with the goal of strengthening and accelerating private investment in energy efficiency. Established in 2024, the Coalition seeks to improve access to finance, develop innovative – including blended – financial instruments, and create market conditions that support the scalability of energy efficiency investments, in line with the EU’s 2030 and 2050 objectives.

Sinloc is one of the three financial institutions in Italy selected to form part of the Coalition, together with Cassa Depositi and Prestiti and Intesa Sanpaolo, confirming the recognition of the role of the company in financial structuring and in development of public-private solutions for energy efficiency. We also participate in the Italian National Hub of the Coalition, coordinated by ENEA, contributing actively both at the European and at the national level comparison of policies, financial instruments and operational models for energy efficiency.

Alongside our involvement in the Coalition, we also joined the ABI Lab High Level Forum on building renovation and the energy transition, a strategic platform for dialogue among institutions, the financial sector and market operators on the future of investments in building energy efficiency. The Forum involves, among others, the European Commission, several Ministries, the Bank of Italy, ABI, ENEA, ANIA, Confindustria, Invitalia, ANCI and the GSE.

This qualified presence in the main institutional institutional frameworks is the result of a consolidation path developed through European projects — in particular GREENROAD, NESOI and REFINEE — which have strengthened our positioning as a recognized and authoritative partner in the development of innovative financial solutions supporting the energy renovation of the building stock.
