From Public Green to Private Green – New Horizons for Work Inclusion in Giunchiglia SCS

Support for strengthening Giunchiglia SCS through organizational analysis, the drafting and implementation of a development plan, structured into two closely linked and sequential work packages: the first aims to initiate the ecological transition through the introduction of new electric equipment, while the second focuses on consolidating this change through the development of a Social Business Plan and internal reorganization, thus creating the conditions to promote sustainable development from both a social and environmental perspective. Project carried out thanks to the support of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Parma as part of the "Rotte Sostenbili 2024" grant.
