Technical support for the economic and financial projections of the DMO Padova Strategic Plan (2020–2023)

Technical assistance in drawing up economic and financial projections to support the Padova Convention & Visitors Bureau’s 2020–2023 Strategic Plan, aimed at strengthening the sustainability and development of the tourism sector in the Padua area. The project involved the development of multi-year economic scenarios, the estimation of financial requirements and the assessment of the long-term sustainability of the Convention and Visitors Bureau’s activities, including stakeholder mapping and analysis of the potential economic benefits generated in the region, as well as support in defining the economic and financial plan for the Chamber of Commerce’s designated assets.
