Sinloc has a clear mission: to support local development. This is why it performs consultancy and investment activities in Italy and Europe and promotes development mainly through the construction of infrastructure, providing technical assistance, carrying out feasibility studies and investing in Public-Private Partnership projects.

Sinloc has been active since the late 1990s and in 2006 embarked on an intensive corporate and business development path, which led to the establishment of the Group in 2023.

In addition to the parent company, the Sinloc Group comprises special purpose investee companies focused on specific market segments and project companies that realise and manage Public-Private Partnership initiatives.
