Study to identification of policie and actions to contrast housing deprivation’s phenomen

Technical assistance was provided to 17 entities in the Province of Pistoia—including the Prefecture, a foundation, and the municipality—to identify and select initiatives aimed at addressing housing hardship.
The process was structured around two key pillars: first, an in-depth analysis of the housing supply and services available in the province; and second, an exploration of feasible solutions based on successful initiatives implemented in similar contexts—specifically examining the "social housing agency" model, which was subsequently put into practice through the opening of the Housing Help Desk (*Sportello per la Casa*).
