Assistance in the tender phase for plant and building maintenance services in Bologna

Supported the client's response to the public notice issued by the Municipality of Bologna for the submission of expressions of interest for a public-private partnership having as its object the unified management of the maintenance services of the municipal building and plant heritage.
Sinloc assisted the client in drafting the Tender Offer for a total concession value of more than 450 million, elaborating the Economic-Financial Plan of the operation, analyzing the risks and developing the related Risk Matrix, as well as conducting a market analysis to establish the cost of debt of the deal.
