Design and implementation of the organizational development project “A Sustainable Future for ASP Rossi Sidoli”

Development of the organizational strengthening project for the Azienda di Servizi alla Persona Cav. Rossi Sidoli within the framework of the 2026 “Rotte Sostenibili” call promoted by Fondazione Cariparma.
The project aims to define a strategic roadmap for the ASP’s sustainable development, as a key provider of social and healthcare services in the Taro and Ceno Valleys, through the analysis of its current organizational structure, the identification of priority areas for intervention, and the design of a growth pathway aimed at strengthening management capacity, enhancing staff development, and consolidating the institution’s long-term impact on the local community.
