Feasibility study in favor of the State Agency for the realization of a project of national dimension on "accessible tourism - for all" aimed at the tender of accessible reception facilities.
The project includes an analysis of demand and targets, the subsequent definition of asset identification parameters consistent with the objectives of accessible tourism and the structuring of the public evidence procedure scheme for placing goods on the market.
Results
On 26 February 2026, the first four experimental regional calls for tenders for Concessions for Enhancement were published, with contracts lasting from 6 to 50 years, for regeneration projects aimed at creating inclusive and sustainable structures.
The properties involved are: the former Magnolini Barracks in Gargnano (BS), Villino Rossi in Schio (VI), the former De Amicis Barracks in Sulmona (AQ) and the former Convent of San Bonaventura in Caltagirone (CT).
