Implementation of the development and corporate restructuring program for Acqua & Terme Fiuggi SpA

Assistance in defining an integrated strategy for the development of the water, spa and golf assets of Acqua e Terme Fiuggi SpA in the municipality of Fiuggi, aimed at attracting private capital and reorganising the company. The project involved establishing new corporate, financial and contractual structures, defining public-private partnership frameworks, adapting urban planning instruments and structuring separate competitive procedures for the various business sectors. Particular attention was paid to the management and protection of the brand and to creating the conditions for the sustainable revitalisation of Fiuggi’s spa and tourism sector.
