Feasibility study for City Logistics and redevelopment of Alghero’s civic markets

Feasibility study for the Municipality of Alghero aimed at developing a sustainable city logistics system, enhancing local agri-food supply chains, and defining a model for the redevelopment and management of the city's civic markets. The project integrates analysis of goods flows and the local supply chain, design of the logistics model and urban hub, definition of market development scenarios, economic and financial plans, governance models, and an implementation roadmap for the gradual rollout of interventions.
