Cost-Benefit Analysis of Railway Line Burial and Related Urban Regeneration

Cost-Benefit Analysis for the Urban Regeneration of Trento's Railway Areas developed for the Municipality of Trento. The project assesses the impacts, benefits and sustainability of the railway burial and the transformation of the liberated areas. The activity includes the definition of railway area development scenarios, the economic, social, territorial and environmental analysis of interventions, the evaluation of governance models and implementation options, as well as the preparation of a strategic Action Plan. The study supports comparisons between administrations, RFIs, and other stakeholders to maximize the public value generated by urban transformation.
