Feasibility study for the recovery and enhancement of the former Sedegliano Fort, developed for the Municipality of Sedegliano. The project includes the drafting of the DOCFAP aimed at identifying and comparing possible reuse scenarios for the historic complex, evaluating its technical, economic-financial, and management sustainability. The activities include analyzing the asset's conservation status, establishing a territorial and landscape framework, developing a participatory process with public and private stakeholders, defining procedural options, and developing an action plan to guide the site's long-term transformation and enhancement.
