Organizational Empowerment and Capacity Building Process of Centro Mente Locale

Organisational strengthening and capacity building programme for the Associazione Malattia di Alzheimer Biella ODV (Alzheimer's Disease Association of Biella) for the management of the Centro Mente Locale. The project included an in-depth organizational assessment covering governance, roles, processes, competencies and stakeholder relationships, followed by the co-design of a Strategic Development Plan. Through stakeholder engagement activities and strategic workshops, the plan defined the Centre’s value proposition, development priorities, sustainability conditions and future growth directions
