Other Roots: activation of a community-based welfare hub and social inclusion initiative for Emc2 onlus

Strategic configuration of the housing reception and social inclusion project for newly adult individuals in situations of fragility for Emc2 onlus. The project "other roots" is part of community welfare policies and aims to support young people exiting protective pathways – including former unaccompanied foreign minors and young people in socially vulnerable conditions – towards housing, employment, and relational autonomy. The project is made possible thanks to the contribution of Fondazione Cariparma , as a part of the 'Connected Welfare 2026' call for proposals.
