Project management of the Increcral Parma initiative for the creation of the Pablo Neighbourhood Centre, aimed at creating a hub for start-up associations and a social help desk. The project involves monitoring the correct execution of activities and the achievement of set objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with timelines. It also involves the implementation of a system for assessing the medium/long-term impact of the project actions.
On 15 January 2025, the Pablo Community Centre was inaugurated: an open, dynamic, green and evolving space, designed to grow together with the community that lives there.
Results
On 15 January 2025, Casa Quartiere Pablo was inaugurated. It is a space designed to host start-up associations and a social hub open to the public, in an energy-efficient, youthful and colourful environment, thanks to the collaboration with the "Toschi" art school.
