Parma Local Health Authority: Strengthening local social and health care in CAUs

“Technical assistance to the AUSL of Parma in the implementation of Phase 2 of the project, aimed at strengthening local socio-healthcare support in the Assistance and Emergency Centers (CAU) of Fidenza and Parma. The project includes the introduction of volunteers within the CAU, serving as a relational link between healthcare staff and patients, thereby improving the patient experience and reducing the rate of voluntary dropouts. The initiative will be accompanied by a structured impact assessment, conducted in collaboration with the University of Parma. The project is supported by Fondazione Cariparma under the Welfare Connesso 2025 call.
