Project for the social reuse of the former Hotel Il Signorino in Pistoia

The "Signorino" project in Pistoia involves defining a social innovation concept and a sustainable, multi-target housing model. The assignment entails analyzing the property, its context, and the market; benchmarking against national and international examples; defining functional scenarios; consulting with cooperatives and Third Sector organizations; and establishing architectural design guidelines. At the client's request, an economic-financial plan can also be developed, including a business plan, sensitivity analysis, mapping of mobilizable resources, and an action plan.
