Technical assistance to the Carisap Foundation in selecting the operator for the AT Sports Club in Case Basse di Monticelli, with the aim of revitalising the centre and enhancing its social role.
The process is divided into two phases: the selection of a consortium via a call for expressions of interest, and the subsequent collaborative planning process, accompanied by capacity-building activities.
The aim of the project is to develop a sustainable and impactful programme of activities and services, and to enhance the social capital of the local area.
