Technical and operational support in Siena for Finanziaria Senese di Sviluppo S.p.A., aimed at implementing the 2021–2024 Development Plan, covering energy efficiency, financial structuring, technical assistance funds and in-house training. The framework agreement sets out Sinloc’s support in the evaluation and financing of infrastructure and energy projects, in the feasibility assessment for the establishment of a Revolving Technical Assistance Fund, and in strengthening staff skills through specialist training programmes and operational mentoring.
