Feasibility study for the recovery of the former Zucchi Barracks in the Municipality of Chiusaforte. A project developed for the Municipality of Chiusaforte in collaboration with Sinloc SpA, aimed at defining alternatives for the valorization and reuse of the historical compendium. The DOCFAP includes an analysis of the fort's state of affairs and degradation, a territorial, urban, landscape, and historical framework, the construction of alternative transformation scenarios, a participatory process with local stakeholders, cost estimates for functional excerpts, a comparative comparison of options, and the definition of an action plan for implementing the intervention.
