Feasibility study of project alternatives for the redevelopment of the former military area of the 58° Teleguided Interceptors Group in Cordovado, for the Municipality of Cordovado. The DOCFAP covers an area of approximately 86,000 square meters along the SP 40 and includes a territorial, environmental, and landscape knowledge framework, analysis of constraints and compatibility, definition and comparison of alternatives, a participatory process, a summary cost estimate, procedural options, and an action plan for the redevelopment and use of the property.
