Feasibility study for the redevelopment of the former Racchiuso powder magazine between Attimis and Povoletto

Feasibility study of design alternatives for the redevelopment of the former Polveriera di Racchiuso, between Attimis and Povoletto, for the Municipality of Attimis, the lead partner with the Municipality of Povoletto. Project developed in collaboration with Sinloc SpA The DOCFAP includes a territorial, environmental, and landscape knowledge framework, constraint and compatibility analysis, definition and comparison of alternatives, a participatory process, summary cost estimation, procedural options, and an action plan. The public area concerned measures approximately 66.4 hectares, of which 53 are in the Municipality of Attimis and 13.4 in the Municipality of Povoletto.
