Feasibility study for the regeneration of the site of the former Campo di Marte Hospital in Lucca, commissioned by the Municipality of Lucca, aimed at defining urban regeneration scenarios and sustainable implementation models through public-private partnerships. The project involved a functional, property and economic-financial analysis of the complex, an assessment of various development scenarios and the identification of the procedural options most consistent with the Administration’s objectives, with a focus on the repurposing of the property, economic sustainability and the urban integration of the area within the city context.
