FTT – Structuring of a financing transaction in favour of Arisan S.r.l. for a hotel facility

Technical assistance in structuring the financing transaction for the redevelopment of a historic hotel located in the center of Madesimo, in the upper Spluga Valley, strategically located near the ski lifts. The project will transform the property into a high-end, four-season eco-resort with environmental certification, a large wellness area, and spaces dedicated to families and business guests, with an offering designed to enhance a mountain destination with strong potential. Management will be entrusted to a hotel operator specializing in the mountain segment, with an international brand currently being selected.
