FTT – Structuring of financing operation for working capital of Pacini Group, hotel manager

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation for MDM Srl - through the Sustainable Tourism Thematic Fund - aimed at supporting the operating expenses incurred by the Pacini Group, which manages numerous high-end hotels in Rome and Venice. In particular, the financing covered the personnel expenses incurred between 2024 and 2025 by four companies of the Pacini group. The Group has been operating for over 10 years, with its main facility being the 5-star Hotel Pantheon, located in the historic centre of Rome.
