Jessica Sardegna – Structuring Operation for the Implementation of the Gas Network in Basin 31

Assistance in the structuring of the financing and equity investment transaction to Sherden Gas Basin 31 for the construction of a gas network; the activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the transaction and the counterparty. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability. The activity also involved the development of sensitivity and scenario analyses.
