Ospedale della Sibaritide SCpA is the concessionaire for the construction and management of the New Sibaritide Hospital.
The concession was subject to a rebalancing procedure between 2021 and 2024, during which Sinloc supported the Client in drafting and updating the PEF and in negotiating with the Grantor.
In the period following the signing of the supplementary agreement, the concession underwent further changes in investment and service costs for reasons beyond the Concessionaire's control. Therefore, the Concessionaire intends to request a new rebalancing of the PEF, with Sinloc's support in updating the PEF and in negotiating with the Grantor.
Results
In October 2026, the New Sibaritide Hospital began operations with the opening of its first 22 specialty clinics.
Since 2021, we have supported D'Agostino Costruzioni Generali in the process of restoring the economic and financial balance of the concession, helping to identify the conditions necessary to maintain the project’s financial stability and facilitate the continuation of this significant initiative for the region, which is now finally nearing full operation.
