R&I Fund – Structuring financing operation for the development of a reading instrument for the visually impaired

Technical assistance in structuring the financing operation for Paperlit SRL aimed at the creation of a reading instrument for visually impaired and blind people, through the Research & Innovation Fund. The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and of the counterparty, also with respect to different scenarios. Particular attention was given to the development of a risk matrix aimed at understanding the contractual structuring of the project as well as understanding the main variables impacting sustainability.
