Technical assistance for the economic-financial analyses of Polo Young and De Marchi in Poedenone

Technical assistance to define the management methods for the new Pordenone Young Center and the "De Marchi" sports facility, developed for the Municipality of Pordenone through economic, financial, organizational, and procedural analyses. The service includes an analysis of spaces and previous management methods, a study of demand from sports associations, comparisons with national and European cases, preliminary economic and management planning, and the evaluation of governance models and foster care procedures. The alternatives are compared using SWOT analyses and translated into a management initiation action plan.
