Technical assistance for the enhancement of the ‘Montemaggio Open Laboratory’ property.

Technical assistance to the Municipality of Bertinoro for the development of the 'Montemaggio Open Laboratory' project, aimed at enhancing and repurposing the building. The intervention converted a 700 sqm complex into a cultural and social hub, increasing the area's tourism offer and attractiveness. The methodology included context analysis, intervention options, economic-financial analysis, and funding mapping. Expected impacts include reduced perceptions of abandonment, and creation of new job and socialization opportunities. The project is supported by the CR Forlì Foundation under the 'Bando Distretto2021'.
