Technical assistance for the enhancement of the Palermo City-Port interface area

Technical assistance to the Western Sicilian Sea Port System Authority for the implementation of the redevelopment project for the Palermo city/port interface areas along Via Crispi. The assignment accompanies the definition of the functions and concept, the management model and the Business Plan, verifying their economic and financial sustainability in the medium to long term and their consistency with urban planning and PNRR constraints. The service includes support for the structuring and management of tender procedures for the identification of one or more management entities, until the management is operational.
