Technical assistance fot the revitalisation of Borgo Villa Franchetti in Caorle (VE)

Technical assistance to the Municipality of Caorle related to the urban regeneration and social and economic sustainability project of the territory "Rinascita del Borgo di Villa Franchetti", developed within the framework of the platform "Strategic projects" promoted by Fondazione di Venezia.
The intervention area, located in San Gaetano, is about 5,200 square meters of covered area, while the estimated investment is about 11.2 million euros. The methodology adopted includes financial feasibility tests for development through a PPP procedure. The expected impacts mainly concern the repopulation of the village and the offer of affordable residential.
