Urban regeneration programme for social housing in Settimo Torinese

Development of an illustrative masterplan setting out the necessary social housing initiatives in the municipality of Settimo Torinese, with a view to identifying resources available from International Financial Institutions (IFIs). The project defines an integrated programme combining the regeneration of existing public housing, the construction of new affordable housing, and the enhancement of urban infrastructure and services. The project aims to strengthen social cohesion, support vulnerable groups and promote sustainable urban development through a mix of residential and commercial uses.
