Fondo TEF – Photovoltaic plant cluster investiments – Solis Srl

Investment, as part of the TEF Fund and in a co-investment with the ITEF Fund, in a cluster of ground-mounted photovoltaic plants eligible for incentives, through the acquisition of a 24.5% stake and the corresponding shareholder loan in the project company Solis Srl.
Solis Srl’s portfolio comprises 13 photovoltaic plants, all operational, with a total installed capacity of 22.8 MWp, located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Puglia. Specifically, the portfolio includes 5.7 MWp in the province of Udine, 7.4 MWp in the province of Rovigo and 9.7 MWp in the province of Brindisi.
