PUI – Structuring of a financing operation for the redevelopment of the former spinning mill in Roma

Technical assistance in structuring the financing for the regeneration of the former Filanda on Viale Castrense in Rome. After winning the Reinventing Cities competition, the project was funded by the Integrated Urban Plans Fund with €5 million.The project aims to regenerate the disused historic complex in order to create 24 small accommodation units for residential and hospitality purposes, as well as over 500 square metres of retail space. The work involves analysing the counterparty, carrying out a technical review of the financing terms, and conducting market and economic-financial sustainability analyses of the project. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analyses are being developed.
