Feasibility study for the regeneration of the former Chiari and Forti area in Silea. The project defines the sustainability of the intervention and the public-private negotiating framework to maximize the collective benefits of urban transformation. The activity includes the urban, environmental, procedural and economic-financial analysis of the operation, the evaluation of the public value that can be generated by the transformation and the definition of a priority matrix for negotiation with the private operator. The route also integrates stakeholder engagement activities to refine and share public interest requests and support the Administration's decisions
