He has acquired expertise in evaluation, structuring and management of infrastructure investments and urban transformation initiatives in public private partnership and project financing contexts. In addition to this, he benefits from managerial and origination competences gained over 25 years of professional experience.
Since 2016, he has been Sinloc SpA Deputy General Manager, after having been in charge of the Advisory and Investment Business Units since 2009.
Between 2006 and 2008 he was General Manager of Espada SAU, a Spanish investment company focused on urban regeneration and real estate projects with more than 60 million€ assets.
From 2002 to 2006, he was Prometeia SpA Senior Manager, initially covering managerial role in Business Planning and Marketing Banking Business Unit offer development. Subsequently he was Head of the Business Unit itself, as well as member of the Management Committee in Financial Intermediaries Area, of the Commercial Committee and of the Production Committee.
In 2000, he became founding member of InterValueNet SpA – a private equity, business incubation, and advisory investee by major credit institutions and industrial operators. There he was partner for Corporate/ SME Practice.
Between 1993 and 2000, he worked in manufacturing and real estate sector management consulting, first as free-lance consultant, from 1996 as Project Manager for System21. He subsequently worked for Cast Consulting mainly with foreign clients.
Since 1988, after a period of training, he conducted managerial activity in Administrative Financial Direction and Business Development of Yara Group, a holding company active in maritime works, offshore infrastructure, and real estate international market.
He is directory board member of several companies in Sinloc’s portfolio, like Labo Gest Srl (since 2013), ISOM SpA (since 2013) and he was director of Sister Srl (2010-2014). Since 2014, he has been a member of the Management Committee for the Green Building Council Italia. Before Sinloc, he served as a director for Main Contracting and EPC companies.
He gives lectures on the subject of infrastructure investments at conferences, seminars, and courses in Italy and abroad.
He graduated in management engineering at Oxford Brookes University (BSc Hons Building First Class Honors), and previously received National Diploma in Business and Finance from the Oxford College of Further Education (Distinction).
